Additionally, our management team has a proven track record in the real estate sector and combines extensive experience in real estate finance and management with deal structuring, execution and the delivery of strong returns on capital. In particular, the management is experienced in creating corporate structures for multi-asset real estate portfolios and has experience in running large real estate investment portfolios.

Today Brinvestor’s focus has been on expanding a balanced real estate portfolio based on the unique opportunities that the German real estate market provides.  Germany is Europe’s largest economy, the world’s largest exporter, and with its 82.2 million citizens has the biggest population of any country within the European Union. Brinvestor currently holds the majority of its property interests in one of Germany’s southern states Baden-Württemberg.

This region is one of the ten richest areas in Europe based on GDP. The total population of the area is around 23 million with an unemployment rate of around 4.7%. The area includes the major city of Stuttgart and is home to several established international blue chip companies including Bosch, Porsche, Mercedes Benz, and SAP to name a few.  Brinvestor is targeting properties and portfolios predominantly in the €1 million to €50 million range not only limited to the state of Baden-Württemberg.
